Application withdrawn.

In the event of a person withdrawing from the event after the closing date as listed in the information for the event, refunds will not be made. Withdrawing your registration before the closing date receives a refund, less an admin cost of $0.80 + 1.75% of the event charge. 

Event Cancellation.

If the event is cancelled prior to the registration closing date, a refund will be made, less an admin cost of $0.80 + 1.75% of the event charge. If the event is cancelled after the registration closing date, then the organisers will refund applicants the maximum amount available after all non-cancellable expenses have been paid. Cancellations close to the event date would normally only be made due to severe weather conditions. This refund may take longer to process as time will be required to ensure all expenses are accounted for.

Small Course Events

Application withdrawn

If your registration is withdrawn before the closing date you will receive a refund, less an admin cost of $0.80 + 1.75% of the event charge. If your registration is withdrawn after the closing date but more than five days before the course, you will receive a 50% refund (less admin costs listed above) but if withdrawal is less than five days before the course there will be no refund.

Event Cancellation

If the course is cancelled, then a refund will be paid, less an admin cost of $0.80 + 1.75% of the event charge.

Adventurous Activities Workshops & Courses

Application withdrawn.

Withdrawing your registration before the closing date receives a refund, less an admin cost of $0.80 + 1.75% of the event charge.  If withdrawing from the event after the closing date as listed in the information for the event, refunds will not be made except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Event Co-ordinators.

Event Cancellation – All activities except for Snow Trips.
