Ku-ring-gai District Scout Leadership Course 2023

This is a youth leadership course for emerging Scout Leaders.

Scouts eligible for this training will be nominated by their Scout Leaders and they should receive an invitation to participate in the Training from their Scout Leader.

This is not an overnight activity.

The course runs from mid-morning Saturday to 6:00pm. It starts at 8:00am on Sunday and concludes at 1pm. Scouts are required to attend both full days to complete the training. No permissions will be given for Scouts to attend sport during the course.

Scouts should bring a copy of their term program, their Unit Code of Conduct and be ready to share a game. They should also bring a sense of openness to learning. This learning will be both indoors and outdoors, so sensible enclosed footwear, wet weather gear and warm clothing in a small back pack is required. A personal water bottle is recommended. All meals will be provided.
