Jamboree on the Air and Jamboree on the Internet (JOTA-JOTI) are a fun and exciting annual experience for all young people in Scouts and Guides. It is a “travel-free” Jamboree that takes place wherever you are in the world. For more than 30 years Scouts and Guides from Sydney’s northern beaches have held a combined camp on this weekend where they connect with other Scouts and Guides across Australia and the world using the airwaves and the Internet. Planned activities include constructing an electronic kit, use of computers for JOTI and a visit to the Manly Warringah Radio Society to use their radios.
