Risk Assessment templates for adventure activities. These are a start point for creating a risk assessment for your activity and should be downloaded, reviewed, updated and understood prior to use for your activity.
When updating you should use a strike through Remove Item to remove items, and then add additional items, preventative & mitigative controls in another colour.
When reviewing consider where your activity may be taking place. As an example whilst you may not be swimming on your activity you may be walking along the side of a river, hence drowning is still a risk for your activity as a participant may fall into the water.
