Bushcare Day

Environmental Activity Days aim to focus on activities and build environmental skills and knowledge. On this day Scouts of all ages experience hands on bush regeneration, plus plant identification giving them a deeper understanding of the Ingleside Bushland Management Plan. In this way Scouts give back to the larger community through citizen science and prepare areas to promote native plants to establish.

Participants must bring a small backpack, your own food for the day, water bottle, hat, sunscreen, roll on insect repellant, raincoat, jumper and shoes that can get wet. Please wear shorts and tee shirt and your Group scarf.

As Ingleside is a registered Land Care Site, by participating in this event, Scouts can work towards earning their Landcare badge.

Cost of Event is $30 per Joey, Cub and Scout. Registration Closes Friday 5th May 20233
