Please Please make sure you book the correct session. \n\n\n\nSession 1 – 8:30 AM \n\n\n\nSession 2 – 11 AM  \n\n\n\nSession 3 1:30 PM \n\n\n\nSydney North Region | Scout Event (scouts.com.au) \n\n\n\nJoey scouts will receive instruction in paddling skills & safety and participate in a short canoeing trip (approximately 1 hour). The North Harbour Scout Water Base (NHSWB) team will cover the canoeing aspects of OAS Paddling Stage 1; joeys will have the opportunity to demonstrate basic water safety skills and so qualify fully for Paddling Stage 1. There will be 3 sessions throughout the day; each 1.5 to 2 hours duration. Attendees are limited to a maximum of 30 joeys per session. One adult will be required to accompany 2 joeys in each canoe \n\n\n\nClosed shoes and a hat are mandatory (youth & adults). Shoes and clothing are almost certain to get wet. Bring water\, change of clothing\, towel\, snack (if wanted)

SUMMARY:Region Cub Personal Development Course
DESCRIPTION:This Cub Personal Development Course is for youth members in the Cub section who are looking to obtain their peak Award. At this event the youth members will do activities relating to leadership skills\, there will be some hands-on learning\, the youth members will be provided with morning tea and lunch\, but the youth members can bring some extra food just in case they get hungry or don’t like what is provided.  \n\n\n\nWhat to bring: Youth members need to wear their Cub shirts and scarf\, wear comfortable pants and enclosed footwear\, bring a water bottle and bring their manners.  \n\n\n\nA registration form will be online soon. Everyone who is attending will need to register that includes leaders. \n\n\n\nCost: $30.00 youth member fee. \n\n\n\nDate: 1st December 2024 \n\n\n\nTime: 8:45am for registration for a 9am start and finish at 3pm. \n\n\n\nLocation: Middle Harbour Hall \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nif you have any questions please get in touch with me by email Cassie.donald@nsw.scouts.com.au \n\n\n\n\n\n\ninvalid event id provided.
