DESCRIPTION:The Cub Scout personal development course offers interested Cub Scouts an opportunity to meet new people and develop their own communication\, teamwork and leadership skills.  \n\n\n\nThis course is designed for youth members who are aged 10 years old.  \n\n\n\nWe will be completing various activities which some might be done outside. Please come prepared to be outside\, potentially in the weather and bring a day pack with items you would need for the day which should include a hat\, snacks and water bottle. DESCRIPTION:This is a District Cub campfire for Benowie Cub units. \n\n\n\nCubs are invited to the Benowie District Cub Scout Campfire on Friday 4th April 2025 at Baden-Powell Activity Centre\, Pomona St\, Pennant Hills. \n\n\n\nIt is a great opportunity for Benowie District Cubs to meet Cubs from other units and enjoy a campfire together with songs and maybe a  few marshmallows. \n\n\n\nPlease arrive at 6.45pm so we can get organise to start at 7pm at the campfire circle. The campfire finishes at 8.30pm. Cubs\, leaders\, adult helpers and parents/carers are welcome to come along. \n\n\n\nCubs wear their uniform shirt and scarf and bring a warm jumper\, head torch\, full water bottle\, and plastic sheet or blanket to sit on (no chairs allowed). SUMMARY:Region Cub Personal Development Course
DESCRIPTION:This Cub Personal Development Course is for youth members in the Cub section who are looking to obtain their peak Award. At this event the youth members will do activities relating to leadership skills\, there will be some hands-on learning\, the youth members will be provided with morning tea and lunch\, but the youth members can bring some extra food just in case they get hungry or don’t like what is provided.  \n\n\n\nWhat to bring: Youth members need to wear their Cub shirts and scarf\, wear comfortable pants and enclosed footwear\, bring a water bottle and bring their manners.  \n\n\n\nA registration form will be online soon. DESCRIPTION:At this event the youth members will be going around in patrols doing different activities to gain new skills and learn new skills \n\n\n\nWhat the youth members need to bring – Bring your own lunch with a water bottle\, need mess kit for the cooking base\, youth members are to wear Cub shirt and group scarf\, and bring a hat\, raincoat if the weather is looking not good. \n\n\n\nEach unit will select 6 youth member from their units to send along to this event. If you have more that would like to attend you need to record their names so they can go on a wait-list and if there is room they would be the first ones to be asked to attend. \n\n\n\nDate: 24th November 2024 \n\n\n\nLocation: Middle Harbour Scout Hall \n\n\n\nCost: $15.00 for youth members \n\n\n\nTime: 8:45am registration for a 9am start and finish at 3pm. \n\n\ninvalid event id provided.
