SUMMARY:Garigal District Cub (ONLY) Hike
DESCRIPTION:Garigal District Cubs (ONLY) are invited to attend District Cub Hike from Manly Dam Section 4 to 1st Allambie Heights Scout Hall (approx 2pm-5.30pm). \n\n\n\nGarigal District Cub Hike Sat Aug 10th 2024 from 2pm – 5.30pm(Please arrive by 1.50pm and check in with Allambie Leader\, “Emu”) \n\n\n\nMeeting Point – Section 4 Manly Dam picnic area \n\n\n\nFinish Point – 1st Allambie Heights Scout Hall\, 84 Roosevelt Ave Allambie Heights \n\n\n\n(car pooling is strongly encouraged at both ends – you can park at either end of oval where Allambie Hall is) \n\n\n\nLight refreshments will be served at the Scout Hall at end of Hike (sausage sizzle and chicken noodles) – please bring a cup/bowl and cutlery for noodles. \n\n\n\nAttendees must wear a wide brimmed hat\, sturdy enclosed walking shoes\, bring a warm jacket\, headtorch and consider rain gear\, as appropriate to weather forecast. \n\n\n\nCost $7 (for Cubs and Parent Helpers). SUMMARY:Benowie District Cub Scout Challenge
DESCRIPTION:This event is only for units in the Benowie District ( 1st Asquith\, 1st Berowra\, 1st Cherrybrook\, 1st Hornsby Heights\, 1st Mount Colah/Mt Kuring-gai\, 1st East Wahroonga 2nd/3rd Pennant Hills\, Normanhurst\, West Pennant Hills) and are in the Cub section.  \n\n\n\nAt this event the youth members will be going around in patrols doing different activities to gain points and at the end the patrol with the most points will win. \n\n\n\nWhat the youth members need to bring – Bring your own lunch with a water bottle\, need mess kit for the cooking base\, youth members are to wear Cub shirt and group scarf\, and bring a hat\, raincoat if the weather is looking not good.  \n\n\n\nif you have any questions about the day please email your Cub leader.  \n\n\n\nDate: 11th August 2024 \n\n\n\nTime: 8:45am registration for a 9am start\, finish time 2:45pm \n\n\n\nLocation: West Pennant Hills Scout Hall \n\n\n\nCost: $15.00 for youth members  \n\n\n\n				Registrations for this event have closed.
