You are currently viewing Scouts NSW Drought & Bushfire Appeal Badge

Scouts NSW is providing a co-ordinated response to do our part in remedying the heavy impacts of the bushfire and drought across our State.   Earlier in January, Neville Tomkins OAM JP, Chief Commissioner of Scouts NSW launched the Chief Commissioner’s Emergency Relief Campaign, to assist Scouting families impacted by the catastrophic bushfires or the sustained drought.

This special appeal badge has been design by a Rover from The Golden West Region. The badge can be worn on the right hand side of the Scout shirt, as a Special Event badge and is available for $5 through the NSW Scout Shop in Port Kembla.   Net proceeds from badge sales will go towards the Family Support Fund – Emergency Relief focus, to assist families who are being directly affected by the catastrophic bush fires and the sustained drought
