Sydney North Region Cubs Fun Day 2006600 Sydney North Region Cub Scouts and their friends descended on Lane Cove National Park on Sunday June 18, 2006 from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm for their bi-annual Cub Scout Fun Day.With more than 22 activities planned for the day which include building Water Rockets, Crate Stacking, Wacky Golf, Kites, and Stilts everyone involved had an active and exciting experience. The activities were designed to promote problem solving, team work, and achievement. The Cub Scouts who come from all areas of the Sydney North Region including Mosman, Ryde, Turramurra, the Northern Beaches, Manly looked forward to making new friends, experiencing new things, and having a great time.
